Looking for bridge chips for connecting MIPI D-Phy CSI-2 sensors to my FPGA

I am looking for an integrated bridge chip that will handle SLVS <-> LVDS/CMOS conversion. Would like to avoid discrete implementation if all possible. I need a 2G interface. Any recommendations?

Check out tx and rx bridge devices from Meticom (www.meticom.com).  They have x1 and x5 devices. Their US rep is www.upsidesales.com.  I have had good luck with them. RG
