8 years agoLooking for 125°C Automotive EPCS or EPCQ (replacement) version
Dear Community and Intel/Altera,
- i want to use your FPGAs in automotive designs (cyclone 5 and 10). I would like to use AS-Programming by a external flash chip.
- I would like to use a small chip housing, if possible
- Altera/Intel only offers ECPS, ECPQ, ECPS-A devices
- EPCQ-A seems only suitable for 85°, is sthat correct? (https://www.altera.com/documentation/sli1498107252254.html)
- EPCQ-L same problem: https://www.altera.com/documentation/wtw1396921531042.html#wtw1396921651224
- EPCQ seems good for temperature https://www.altera.com/documentation/bhc1410934512298.htm (https://www.altera.com/documentation/bhc1410934512298.html)l but all chips below 265 kbit seems to be discontinued https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/pcn/pdn1708.pdf and larger chips only be stored for 10 years. It says there will be some support for other flash in Prime 17.1 - but this is not even released yet and i cannot check what chips will be the "alternatives"
