Linux kernel on Cyclone IV GX FPGA

I am new to Cyclone IV GX FPGA SoC. Can you please guide me

1. which kernel version and ubootloader version are supported by Cyclone IV GX FPGA Kit.

2. From where, I can download the kernel/uboot sources.
