Linking Error, Can not link the system library that reference to C Library

All,

Platform NIOS II, micro C/OS II RTOS, NIOS II EDS

I have a system library that reference some functions from the C library.

Successful when compiled but not linking.

Does anybody know how to make the system library connecte to the C Library?

There should be something similar to the application. is it?
