Line_In on HSMC

Hey guys,

Can anyone explain to me how to assign the pins for to use the Line_In audio jack of the HSMC Data Conversion Card for the Stratix III? I can't seem to find any documentation connecting the Stratix III pins to the Data Conversion Card pins.
