Lifetime of 10M25SCE144A7G

Hello.

This device is out of stock in most stores. The "C" and "I" versions are easier to find. Is this still in production?

    Hi Peter,

    Thank you for contacting Intel Community. For your information, the different between 'A', 'C' and 'I' was the different operating temperature.

    • A: Automotive (Junction temperature = -40C to 125C)
    • C: Commercial (Junction temperature = 0C to 85C)
    • I: Industrial (Junction temperature = -40C to 100C)

      Available Quantity 0 on two of them on the page you linked to but I take it the production is active and stock is just empty right now.
