License status seems not to be working

Hi,

Had setup the floating license correctly, however we can't see the licenses in use as reported by the utility (see the attached .jpg). It only reports the licesnes he has avaialbe but he claims while someone is activly using quartus and he runs the report he's not seeing any usage ever.

Any ideas need to be to do next?
