license problems maxplus2 student

does any of you have problems with altera max plus 2 student version to get it licensed on win7? seems like i have tried anything.. i recived my license.bat file correctly via email and browse it with the license setup within the program. the configuration over system variables wasnt succesful, too.

can anyone help ?
