JTAG problem

I'm a student and I'm new to this Altera harware, and Quartus 2 V9.1 software. When I open the progammer, in the Hardware wizard I click add Hardware.I have attached a screen shot of what I see. I'm running Win7 64 bit. I have also download and installed the signed drivers, add the device appears in the device manager and says it running properly. Any help would be great I have been working on this sense Wednesday, and I have labs due sunday night. ANY help would be great.

NOTE: I installed the drivers after I had installed Quartus 2 V9.1

    You should change the firewall permissions to always accept connections on port 1309 over TCP from 127.0.0.1 (secure version) or from anywhere (if you want to enable remote access).
