JTAG Pins

Hi, Can I connect TDI, TDO, TMS and TCK pins of EPM7128S CPLD to GND or VCC during chip's normal operation? Thanks.

You can. Connect TMS to VCC. TCK and TDI to VCC or GND.

Don't connect TDO to VCC or GND. It's an output.
