Hi, I have a board mounted with a cyclone III, the reference of the FPGA on the package is EP3C40 (see picture). When I try to program the FPGA via JTAG, I have the following error : Error (209015...

Since FPGA works fine with epcs in AS mode.
Issues may be due to
- TCK clock or frequency issue.
- Also check MSEL, I know msel is not considered in JTAG mode.
- have you followed all recommendation from below links.
