Is there any Orcad CIS component lib for Cyclone IV availiable on the Altera Website?

Hi,

Taking advantage of Cyclone IV FPGA, I am tring to design a system. When I tried to draw the schematic for my project in Cadence OrCad, I found there was no Cyclone IV component lib availible in my library. Could you please tell me is there any lib file (*.olb) availiable for Cyclone IV FPGA in Altera Website? To create such a 484-pins symbol in OrCad is such a tedious and fallible work.
