Is FLEX10K support SignalTap

Hi all, I want to ask : Can i logic analysis FLEX devices using JTAG? thanks in advance

But how many signals is that? I don't think it is 190.

Do you have to use a 5V processor?

Why not consider using a newer generation processor, eg., a Freescale MPC8308 400MHz PowerPC is $20, a TI AM3359 750MHz ARM Sitara processor is $15.
