Is FLEX10K support SignalTap

Hi all, I want to ask : Can i logic analysis FLEX devices using JTAG? thanks in advance

How many of the I/O are 5V signals?

You can interface 5V signals to 3.3V FPGAs using either active buffers, or bus-switch buffers.

What are you trying to implement/interface to?
