Hi all, I want to ask : Can i logic analysis FLEX devices using JTAG? thanks in advance

because i want FPGA with this specs: 5v power , i/o more than 190 , LE more than 2000 , not be BGA , as well as support signal tap. I did not find any cyclone that meets this specs, did you?
