Is FLEX10K support SignalTap

Hi all, I want to ask : Can i logic analysis FLEX devices using JTAG? thanks in advance

No.

The FLEX10K family lacks the internal connection between the JTAG port and the FPGA fabric. This feature was only introduced when the NIOS processor came along, so that Altera could implement processor debug/communications.
