IP Catalog window does not open in 16.1 Lite

Hi,

I'm using Quartus Lite 16.1 but when I click Tools -> IP Catalog, a window does not open? Are IP blocks available in the Lite edition, I'm looking for a SPI slave one.

    It should be there. Make sure the edge of the catalog isn't dragged all the way to edge of the window, essentially hiding it. Some windows in Quartus can do that.
