2)What is the frequency of operation of the IO's for this top of the line FPGA .
This specification is limited by the I/O maximum frequency. The maximum achievable I/O frequency is different for each I/O standard and is dependent on design and system specific factors.
The maximum input clock frequency for I/O PLL Specification is 1,100 Mhz

3)Documentation that describes the signaling voltage, protocol(HSTL,LVDS...etc) and max freq of the IO's for this FPGA it will be helpful. We are looking for 800Mhz FPGA IO pins that can interface to the GPIO's of our test chip. 4)The usable maximum pins available for this product
