Hi can any1 plz help me how to interface a ddr3 SDRAM to fpga. Iam new to this iam unable to understand how to proceed for writing a program.
For example I purchased a DDR3 SDRAM chip then how can i write a program for interfacing that with an FPGA. Thank you.3 Replies

ok but now iam trying to write a program code for Cyclone III fpga interfacing DDR3 please suggest me how to write a code for this.

I doubt Cyclone III is able to run DDR3 memory.
