Intel TN8091JF looking hard

Hi Im looking to buy few processors Intel TN8091JF ( maybe anyone of You have that chips in Your drawer?) Or what to replace them in a relatively simple way for available processor . The processor is in the machine application and all the legs are usedAlso Im looking info about cheap programmer who working with that Intel . I know the fellows who was work on that controllers are on retired but maybe someone of You could help me with that ? Regards from Poland
