INTEL MSGDMA with prefecher enabled (data is not transferring to destination )

INTEL MSGDMA with prefecher enabled(in cyclone V DE1-SOC Board)

data is not transferring to destination but it is showing data as transferred in signal tap II analyser

any suggestion will be a great help

    May I know the final destination of your data is transffered to?

    Can try to transfer the data to a on-chip memory and see any difference?
