information about the Cyclone IV E

Hello,

I am trying to use the Cyclone IV EP4CE115 to interface DDR2 SDRAM memory.

First of all, I would like to know if you can use every type and size of DDR2 SDRAM memory (1G, 2G, 4G) with the Cyclone IV E ?

Second of all, I would like to know the maximum number of DDR2 SDRAM memories you can use with one Cyclone IV E (780 pins package) and with which width of Data Bus support ?

    The depth of the memory only results in more address pins. The number of interfaces depends on a bunch of things. There is a guide for this in the External Memory handbook but you should also use quartus to confirm your pin out.
