Indalid Pin A1 on EP2C8F256I8.

Hello. It turned out that pinA1 marked wrong on real device\chip. I suppose all documents from altera.com is OK, but real chip is wrong. On real device G8 short-circuited to G9, and K8 to ...

As you see on video A1 pin located at top-left corner on bottom side of chip, and it must be at bottom-left corner on top side of chip.

Statistic: 1 chip is good, 4 chip CCW, and 2 chip CW (1 is already soldered).
