IBIS Model for Cyclone 400 FBGA

I downloaded cyclone.ibs file from altera site. But the ibis file contains ibis model for only 324 pin BGA device.

Where do I find the model for 400-pin cyclone?

    Michael123, i did google. But found nothing. Is there a particular phrase I have to search for?

    Altera website should have had it.

    This was my last option. I am not the FPGA programmer. But I did make a request.
