ia-840f BittWare Failed Card Test

I am new in this FPGA environment and need help to get this BittWare ia-840f to pass the test and into operational.

I installed both files below from bittware.com along with oneAPI, Quartus Prime Pro.

bittware-csp-ia840f-2023.1-1.el8.rpm
bittware-sdk-2023.1-1.el8.rpm

I have been running the test below and keep getting the failures below. I don't know where to touch and how to fix them. I hope someone in this community can help me solve the issues. I also attached the latest test log.
