Hybrid Memory Cube Controller IP (anyone use this IP Core yet?) for 100GB/s mem BW

We're some grad students about to investigate the use of Micron's Hybrid Memory Cube for high memory bandwidth applications (100GB/s).

Has anyone use the HMC Controller IP Core yet? If so, any use-case caveats discovered?
