HSMC Card

I using Cyclone III Development Kit, I have a problem when I map pins for HSMC card (I want to use port A). It always occur an error at PIN_F4 and PIN_E2 because Pin DVI_TX_D[2] collision with ~ALTER...

Go to device options and choose programming pins as general purpose pins. If not allowed - choose another programming mode.
