How to use package files in Arria 10 IBIS-Ami model?

I've notice there's a General_PKG folder in Arria 10 IBIS-Ami model, but I don't know how to use it in simulation. Instruction PDF file suggest that these are s4p models for package lenghts and 4 mo...

Hi , I check the data base and found that the package is for 1932 pins and in other devices it is mentioned as generic to all packages, I am requesting to contact your distributor for request to IBIS AMI model for the exact package
