How to import TCL script in VIVADO 2016.1

Hello

I am new to vivado. I want to perform video interfacing in ZC702 board. I am having sample design files given by XILINX, But I don't know how to use these tcl files in the project. Can any one help me with this please. I am attaching design file with I have downloaded.
