How to get 4 Mb IDT SRAM?

Hi all,

I am trying since 3 days by working with the Altera Board Cyclone IV GX to instantiate the the IDT SRAM for 4096 Kbytes(4 Mb) with SOPC in order to get 64 bit width.

But I always get the following 4* (1024*8) instead 4*(256*64) during the simulation.

Please I would appreciate any advices......
