How to generate precise pulse train using MAX 10 FPGA?

Hey,

I would like to know if there is a way to generate precise pulse train (1ms width every 20ms) with low cycle to cycle skew of less then 10ns. kind of a monostable multivibrator ("one shot").

Does any of the timers could be configured for such performance?
