How to embed uClinux to de2-115?

i am beginner and dont know how to use this board(de2-115).

about the board devices i need is 4 push-buttons,18 slide switches,sdram,sram,flash,cpu,led,rs232 port,usb prot.

hope someone can show me step by step how to build it and embed uClinux in to the board.(windows environment use cygwin)
