how to download fpga in a JTAG chain using the USB bytebluaster

In my hardware, there is a jtag chain including 3 IC, MPC3813, and 2 EP3C16F256. The USB byteblaster can detect the Jtag chain, but i can not download fpga code to one of EP3C16F256, it shows the...

I also interested in this issue. you said " The first one in the 'auto detected' list is the first one in the electrical chain as well." But how I can know which fpga in the board is the first one that you mentioned. At this point I am not very clear.
