how to download fpga in a JTAG chain using the USB bytebluaster

In my hardware, there is a jtag chain including 3 IC, MPC3813, and 2 EP3C16F256. The USB byteblaster can detect the Jtag chain, but i can not download fpga code to one of EP3C16F256, it shows the...

Thanks for your reply. I have a question : how to identify the two same FPGA chipset? for example, i want to download code A to FPGA 1, and code B to FPGA 2. But from the jtag chain, i can not make sure which one is FPGA 1 and FPGA2 ?
