how to download fpga in a JTAG chain using the USB bytebluaster

In my hardware, there is a jtag chain including 3 IC, MPC3813, and 2 EP3C16F256. The USB byteblaster can detect the Jtag chain, but i can not download fpga code to one of EP3C16F256, it shows the...

first run an auto-detect on the chain. next, double click in the file column for the FPGA you would like to program and select your programming file, then click the program checkbox. i would expect the order of the devices after auto-detecting would be the order they appear on the JTAG chain
