Thanks for the reply.

Here is the attachment of my project.

I use verilog code to for 32 bits up counter.

I connect some 4 bits from 32 bits up counter to a 4 bits of 2:1 mux, and the 2:1 mux outputs connect to 4 leds.

I dont do anything for 7 segment display.
