How to configure HPS in Qsys so it works with Linux supplied with kit?

Hi - I have an Arria V SoC board coming soon and I'm trying to ramp up. I'm not much of a Linux person, so I plan to use one of the pre-baked Linux builds that come with the kit. It appears that the Kit assumes that the HPS has access to certain peripherals, and I can see this is something to be specified when I configure the HPS in Qsys, but I can't find the 'recipe' so that I configure the HPS such that it will work with the pre-baked Linux build. Can someone point me in the right direction?
