Hi,

You are using Modelsim inlet fpga edition which requires license.

If you have license you have to set the MGLS_LICENSE_FILE & LM_LICENSE_FILE.

else

You can use Modelsim inlet fpga starter edition.

set path environment variable to PATH="C:\intelFPGA_lite\18.1\modelsim_ase\win32aloem"
