Help with suffix

Hi does anyone know what a GA suffix ending means? Cannot ID on datasheet.

    What's your target device?

    The suffix could actually be FBGA or UBGA which specifies the device package: Fine pitch Ball Grid Array or Ultra fine pitch BGA

    I have the same question. My device is an EPM240F100C5NGA and I have been unable to identify what the "GA" suffix stands for.
