HELP ME WIT DE2 BOARD!!!camera conect tv_in and display with VGA OUT

I HAVE A AVTECH CAMERA:

number of pixel: 510(h)x492(v)<NTSC>, 500(h)x582(v)<PAL>

min.lllumination: 0.5 Lux/F2.0

S/N ratio : more than 48db (AGC off)

ellectronic shutter : 1/60 (1/50) to 1/100,000 sec

IRIS mode : AES

gain control : Auto

white balance : ATW

video output 1.0 Vpp composite 75ohm

camrera conect to TV_IN, monitor conect to VGA oout on DE2 board.

I use the DE2_TV project (demo of Altera), download DE2_TV.sof (bitstreams) to Cyclone in De2. But the image (video) jump quickly and turn off imidiately. when disconect the camera from TV_In, Monitor display the blue scren. I think the verilog code I2C_AV_Config block has problems to miss config the ADV7181B, i edit it and complite but no successful. the DE2_TV might has some other problems for my lab,but i don't know. Can You help me!!!!!

    Hi,How to change default values of Adv7181B using I2C. My goal is to right code to display video output on the VGA monitor.

    Plzzzz help me.
