HELP me in RS232

can anyone have a look in this coding.....my project using 2 de2-70 board. i want to send data captured from one de2-70 board to another de2-70 board by using rs232. anyone have done this before?urge...

Why RS232 ? Just use a regular i/o pin with a UART transmitter/receiver .
