help me choosing Altera MAX EPM3064 ATC 100-10n Device Programmer

Hi Friends

I am trying to read from this MAX 3064 device. I have old MPU PLMT 7000-100NC. I was told I still need logic programmer card.

please help me find the programmer for my Max EPM3064 ATC100 -10N device . ​
