HELP: MaxII to PC via RS232 using VERILOG

i am supposed to do a project which includes receiving data from MAXII kitusing verilog. i should implement different baud rates using the DIP switches. i should also program the MAXII kit using verilog to act as a data acquisition system, for example, i send data to the pc using the MAX II kit.... im a newbie in using verilog please help me
