Heat sink details of EPM570F256I5N.

Hi,

Can anyone please send the theta(cs) and theta(SA) values of EPM570F256I5N.

My calculated Tj value is 137.4005 C and the max Tj value is 135 C.

So i need to calculate Thermal resistance of Heat sink.
