Have trouble with Cyclone V TSN enabled devices

Hi, I met some problem when I managed to use Cyclone V TSN enabled devices. As instructions in page https://www.intel.com/content/www/uk/en/industrial-automation/programmable/applications/automation/tsn.html , we first bought the 5CSEBA6U23I7NTS and then tried to click the "Sign the End User License Agreement (EULA)" on that web page. However, it comes to an strange page called "Intel® FPGA Functional Safety (FuSa) Resources" and I can see nothing about TSN-IP or EULA. I have already contacted with the local distributor who sold us the CVSoC chips but they have no idea on what was happening on this page. So could someone give me some help? Can you tell me where we can sign the EULA and download that package?
