What you are looking for is not a straight example as fas as I know. Our design is pretty complex and uses our own hardware video encoders (JPEG).

Altera has an example for Video streaming (without) coding with an evaluation license. I can´t remember who is call, you can use it from SOPC is just connectin IP blocks.

Unfortunately I can not let you our code without commercial terms.
