Graphical programming software for GUI development

Hye all, I want to ask... is there a graphical programming language software for GUI development to be used for NIOS II processor? Sorry for my english. Thanks

Labview is good but I think it must target its own hardware... i mean NI hardware... I want a software that is more general on targeting FPGA... If you want to use LABVIEW, you must buy NI FPGA hardware...

Can LABVIEW be targeting Altera Development Boards like DE2-70?
