General Purpose I/O Pin Names

We intend to use the CycloneIII for a project, and we need to generate high frequency signals from 0 to 5 volts. Can the FPGA produce a signal that goes up to 5 volts and has a rise time of about 200...

Cyclone 3 handbook:

p284 "Cyclone III Devices Recommended Operating Conditions"

VCCIO = 3.3V or lower, so no 5V output sorry!

You need an external 5V driver.
