Full rate PHY selection

I need to generate a DDR3 PHY in Full rate mode for a Cyclone V part. I am using Quartus 13. I select "memory clock frequency:" different numbers like 400, 125, 200MHz. I see only half rate mode can ...

Thanks for the reply!

It helped me to generate full rate PHY.

One more thing: this option is only available if user wants to genearte both controller and PHY. I want to select the option "generate PHY only". I just generated both of them and going to remove the controller only. It is an option but I don't get why the GUI is like this!
