Full rate PHY selection

I need to generate a DDR3 PHY in Full rate mode for a Cyclone V part. I am using Quartus 13. I select "memory clock frequency:" different numbers like 400, 125, 200MHz. I see only half rate mode can ...

Hi,

First enable HARD_EMIF: (Hard Memory IF Controller)

Then you can select full mode (related to the datawith - x4, x8 etc).

See Altera SoC Handbook for details.
